About us

Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados is a project born from its founding partners’ realisation that there was a need and a great opportunity to start an unparalleled and revolutionary project in the Portuguese legal market. Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados is built on a perspective of sustained growth tailored to address the needs felt by us and that our Clients bring to us. The solid academic background of our team and of two of our founding partners was the stepping-stone for this project. Over ten years of university lecturing experience provide in-depth knowledge of substantive law, which in turn results in the consolidation of all knowledge to solve problems in a practical and efficient manner.

We are, however, well aware of the constant need to innovate. Innovation is the driving force behind our daily work, enabling us to be better equipped to meet our clients’ requirements and stay in step with market dynamics. Made up of people with very different backgrounds – from sole practitioners to members of a top Portuguese law firm – our team has a very rich and diversified experience in Portuguese law, allowing for a global view of the market and of our clients’ needs.
