How are you involved in Interact Law?

I have attended every Interact Law conference since my first in Prague in the fall of 2023 (not long after joining Shook, Hardy & Bacon).

How has the Network benefited your practice so far?

My M&A and general corporate practice benefits by having partners in non-U.S. jurisdictions.  My M&A deals in particular often have cross-border components.  I am also often asked by clients and by others within our firm for referral recommendations for attorneys outside the U.S.

What do you hope to gain through your membership in Interact Law in coming years?

I hope to build relationships that will help my clients and other contacts outside the U.S. (and vice versa).

What does success look like to you? 

Success looks like working together with the great people at Interact Law on interesting deals for our common clients.
