- Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations received up to six (6) weeks prior to the conference start date will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations received less than six (6) weeks before the event are, in principle, non-refundable; however, we will review each case individually to determine if a refund or partial refund is still possible.
