CEE Attorneys was started in the beginning of 2015, when two law offices – one Czech and one Slovak – signed a partnership agreement in order to ensure a full range of top quality legal services for their clients in both countries on the same conditions and under the one-stop shop principle. That was the reason behind the decision to operate under a single brand name. Since then, the number of legal partners of CEE Attorneys has been steadily increasing across the CEE region along with the growing demand for high-tier legal services in the area. That prompted the need for closer ties between the partners and resulted in the consolidation of national offices.

Michal is CEO of CEE Attorneys and Partner of CEE Attorneys office in Bratislava. Michal specialises particularly in real estate, M&A, cross-border corporate structuring, tax and general corporate counsel.
Tena is Partner of CEE Attorneys office in Zagreb, with over 10 years of professional experience. Tena specializes in transaction advisory, including legal due diligence, deal structuring and implementation of transactions with an international element and focus on real estate, energy projects, and private equity and venture capital. Tena is experienced in capital market matters and advises investment funds in all stages of their business, from establishment and licensing to compliance and day-to-day business legal support.
Alexander is a Partner of CEE Attorneys office in Bulgaria. He specialises particularly in corporate and commercial law, tax law, public procurements, employment law, real estates and litigation.
Alíz is a Partner of CEE Attorneys office in Budapest and Attorney-at-Law. She specialises in commercial law, engineering and construction contracts, transport and freighting, corporate law, M&A, renewable energy law.
