We have 18 major practice areas in the Firm, the Firm was founded as a Corporate, M&A and Commercial Law Firm.

We have a broad international experience counseling clients in their international transactions and businesses. We have a broad international exposure and ample international relationships with clients, entities and associations worldwide.

3. On what job or client case are you really proud?

We are proud of being very successful in simplifying the legal needs of the client, favoring the accomplishment of its business activities. C&R’s commitment with clients is determination in the rendering of our services, according to the highest professional and ethical standards, in the timeliest and efficient manner. Our involvement is direct and personalized, providing solution proposals to the cases, all adding into our culture of excellent service.
