Needless to say, LinkedIn is a very helpful professional network to show your experience. Both independent professionals and entire firms can promote themselves on LinkedIn. Herdem Law does it both in Turkish and in English.

It influences referrals

Şafak Herdem says, ‘Actually, we did not get any direct work through posts. However, this really affects the exposure of the firm and shows our experience in specific areas. It brings attention among the target audience and makes you ‘expert of the field’. We do have many clients saying that our firm has been referred by someone who told them we are experienced in aerospace. I think posts help to influence referrals.’
