Anick, our Business Development and Coordination Lead, hosted a productive 2-hour Zoom webinar for all members on Tuesday 3rd September on:
- analysis of the past months and what members have achieved in their respective businesses and what’s worked/what’s not;
- guidelines for building an effective roadmap; and
- how to help members prepare their business roadmaps until the end of 2024.
Following the workshop, Anick has invited members to find a sparring partner within the session to maintain regular contact with to exchange best practices. The roadmap will be followed up, modified, and tracked in the following weeks with the help of the partner.
