Californian Consumer Privacy Act

Data protection expert John Monahon, from Atlanta-based member Trusted Counsel updated the members of Interact Law during the Lisbon Conference on the new data protection laws of California. Panamese data protection law: lower fines than GDPR

Influenced by the European regulatory data protection laws (GDPR), like all Latin American regulations on privacy, Panama implemented a new Data Protection Law.
