Spain: Covid-19 Deadlines personal data breaches and GDPR rights

Do I have additional time to notify personal data breaches and to respond to GDPR right requests during the state of alarm?

The personal data protection regulation in the European Union (i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the GDPR) establishes specific deadlines for notifying personal data breaches to the Supervisory Authority, and for responding to requests from data subjects wishing to exercise their rights of access, rectification, restriction, erasure, objection, and portability (hereinafter, referred to as “PLARCO Rights”). Are those deadlines affected by the current COVID-19 State of Alarm?
